All to play for.... The Reds run-in as the season enters final month

United return to action this weekend looking to build momentum following Manchester derby victory last time out.

Too often this season, the Reds have failed to back up a big result with a consistent run of form but will be looking to carry on where they off with the visit of a Toffees side as equally as erratic but strong away from home.

Following that, the Reds travel to White Hart Lane to face title-chasing Tottenham in the first of three difficult-looking away encounters during the run-in.

The Reds final away match of the season on May 10 is sure to be an unforgettable one for the opposition fans as it will be West Ham's last in the league at Upton Park before their move to the Olympic Stadium.

United also have the honour of playing in the last FA Cup tie at the 112-year home of the Hammers as we take on Slaven Bilic's high-flying side in the replay three days after Spurs.

Louis van Gaal's side then return to league action with a trio of home games that, given United's imposing home record, will go a long way to deciding our top four fate.

The Reds have only lost twice at home all season and will be confident of extending that good run as rock-bottom Villa and free-falling Palace are the next two visitors to Old Trafford.
League leaders Leicester (incredible we're still writing that), could be all but champions  by the time they arrive in Manchester on May 1, but seven points from a possible nine would represent a reasonable and realistic return for United from those matches.

A week later, it's a very different test for Van Gaal's side as we travel to Norfolk and a Norwich side also in desperate need of three points, albeit for entirely contrasting reasons.

Alex Neil's struggling Canaries are looking to avoid an immediate return to the Championship but won at Old Trafford in December, although they've never 'doubled' United in the top flight.

On paper, that should be a routine win but this United side are anything but and a visit to a side scrapping for their Premier League lives- particularly at that stage of a season- is not one to be relished.

We  also have a score to settle with Bournemouth, who will bring down the Old Trafford curtain on May 15.
Eddie Howe's side look certain to avoid the drop- a fantastic achievement- but would love nothing more than to bloody United's noses (again) and ruin our top four chances.

Those chances will become clearer in the coming weeks but, one thing's for sure, you'd better strap yourselves in for a bumpy ride!
